1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RVA Security website, submitting a service inquiry, or entering into a service agreement with RVA Security, LLC ("RVA Security", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

2. Services Provided

RVA Security provides professional security services including, but not limited to:

• Armed and unarmed security guard services
• Executive protection
• Off-duty law enforcement officer placement
• Police vehicle escort coordination
• Event security and crowd control
• Security consulting

All services are subject to availability, applicable Arizona licensing requirements, and a separate written service agreement.

3. Service Agreements

Specific terms, pricing, scope of work, and liability provisions are outlined in a separate written Service Agreement for each engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall control.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

RVA Security employs trained, experienced security professionals; however, we do not guarantee that any specific security outcome will be achieved. Security services reduce risk but cannot eliminate all potential threats. RVA Security shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs despite the provision of security services, except as expressly set forth in a signed Service Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RVA Security's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. RVA Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

6. Officer and Security Guard Applicants

Individuals submitting applications to work as off-duty officers or security guards acknowledge that:

• Submission does not guarantee employment or placement
• All applicants are subject to background checks and license/certification verification
• Off-duty officers must maintain compliance with their employing agency's off-duty policies
• RVA Security reserves the right to decline any applicant at its sole discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of RVA Security, LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Changes to These Terms

RVA Security reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
